The C011 Coating Corrosion Test Cell is specifically designed for electrochemical evaluation of protective coatings, thin films, painted surfaces, conversion coatings, and surface-treated materials. Widely used for corrosion resistance studies, coating integrity assessment, inhibitor evaluation, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), Tafel polarization, and accelerated corrosion testing, the cell provides accurate and reproducible measurements of coating performance in corrosive environments.
The flat-sample mounting design allows quick installation and replacement of coated specimens while maintaining a precisely defined exposed test area. A leak-proof O-ring sealing system ensures reliable isolation of the test region, while the conductive copper tape connection provides efficient electrical contact with the working sample. The cell is also suitable for electrochemical testing prior to surface characterization techniques such as SEM and optical microscopy. Available in single-wall and double-jacketed configurations, the C011 supports both ambient and temperature-controlled corrosion experiments, making it ideal for research laboratories, coating development, and industrial quality control applications.
