PTFE H-Type Membrane Electrolytic Cell (20–250 mL)
The PTFE H-Type Membrane Electrolytic Cell is designed for advanced electrochemical and electrocatalytic research where complete separation of anodic and cathodic reactions is essential. The dual-chamber configuration utilizes an interchangeable ion-exchange membrane to minimize product crossover while maintaining efficient ionic conductivity between compartments. This design makes the cell particularly suitable for studies involving gas evolution, CO₂ reduction, electrosynthesis, membrane evaluation, and energy conversion technologies.
Constructed entirely from chemically resistant PTFE, the cell offers excellent compatibility with acidic, alkaline, and organic electrolyte systems. The replaceable membrane assembly allows rapid exchange between PEM, AEM, and other separator materials, enabling flexible experimental design and membrane screening studies. Available in chamber volumes ranging from 20 mL to 250 mL, the cell can be configured to accommodate different catalyst loadings, gas production rates, and analytical sampling requirements. Compatible with standard electrochemical instrumentation, gas purging systems, and reference electrode configurations, the PTFE H-Type Cell provides a versatile platform for water electrolysis, CO₂ electroreduction, electrosynthesis, catalyst development, and separator performance evaluation.
