H-Type Membrane-Replaceable Electrochemical Cell (Absolutely Sealed) – Model: C007-2

The C007-2 Absolutely Sealed 2H-Type Electrochemical Cell is specifically designed for advanced electrochemical and electrocatalytic studies requiring complete isolation of the reaction environment. Common applications include water electrolysis, CO₂ reduction, nitrogen reduction, hydrogen evolution, oxygen evolution, electro-organic synthesis, membrane evaluation, and gas-sensitive electrochemical experiments. Its fully sealed architecture enables precise atmosphere control, vacuum operation, and pressurized studies while minimizing contamination from ambient air.

The dual-chamber H-cell configuration separates the anodic and cathodic compartments using an ion-exchange membrane, preventing product crossover while allowing selective ion transport. The reference and working electrodes are positioned within the same compartment to minimize IR drop and improve measurement accuracy. The unique electrode insertion system provides complete sealing around the electrodes, allowing electrode replacement without compromising system integrity. Integrated gas purging ports and specialized aeration devices enable inert gas protection tailored to different electrochemical reactions. Available in single-wall and double-jacketed configurations, the cell can additionally support constant-temperature operation through circulating thermostatic fluids. With vacuum compatibility and operation under moderate positive pressure, the C007-2 is ideal for demanding electrochemical research requiring strict environmental control and reliable long-term measurements.
