Small-Volume Membrane-Replaceable Photoelectrochemical Cell (Single Optical Window, Relatively Sealed) – Model: C024-10
The C024-10 Small-Volume Membrane-Replaceable Photoelectrochemical Cell is designed for advanced photoelectrochemical studies requiring low sample volumes, efficient light irradiation, and precise atmospheric control. Featuring a high-transparency quartz optical window with greater than 95% light transmission, the cell is ideally suited for photocatalysis, photoelectrochemical water splitting, CO₂ reduction, nitrogen reduction, semiconductor characterization, solar energy conversion, and other light-driven electrochemical applications.
The dual-chamber H-cell configuration separates anodic and cathodic reactions using an ion-exchange membrane, minimizing product crossover while allowing selective ion transport. With a chamber volume of only 10 mL per side, the cell enables experiments with limited quantities of catalysts or expensive electrolytes. The reference and working electrodes are positioned in the same compartment to reduce IR drop and improve measurement accuracy. Constructed from high-quality borosilicate glass, the cell incorporates a replaceable quartz window, hermetically sealed electrode insertion system, and PTFE sealing assembly for reliable operation. An integrated submersible aeration device allows controlled atmosphere experiments under inert or reactive gases, making the C024-10 an ideal platform for in-situ and operando photoelectrochemical research.
