 Anion Exchange Ionomer Solution​ – Fumion FAA-3-SOLUT-10 is a high-performance anion exchange ionomer formulated to bind catalysts, membranes, and gas diffusion layers in systems that use Fuma tech anion exchange membranes. It is based on a specialized hydrocarbon polymer and is supplied as a ready-to-use brown, transparent solution in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). No extra additives or preparation steps are required.

Handling and Storage Instructions​

• Keep the container tightly sealed when the solution is not being used.​
• Open only when needed and apply immediately after opening.​
• Use in a clean, dust-free environment.​
• Wear protective gloves and goggles during handling.
• Long-term storage: around 5°C.​
• Short-term storage: 15–35°C for a few weeks.​
• Approximate shelf life: 4 months at 25°C, after which slight thickening may occur.​
• Contains NMP and a polyaromatic polymer with quaternary ammonium groups(bromide counter-ion).​
• Shake well before use. Do not mix with water or alcohol, as this may cause the ionomerto separate. The solution can be safely diluted using compatible organic solvents likeNMP, DMAc, or DMF.
