This 12″ × 12″ Teflon PTFE Gasketing Sheet is engineered for applications requiring superior mechanical stability, chemical resistance, and high-temperature endurance. Unlike softer gasket materials, PTFE film does not compress under pressure, making it ideal for protecting Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEA) from excessive load while maintaining consistent sealing performance.
The material’s natural chemical inertness, excellent dielectric properties, and exceptional thermal stability—from cryogenic temperatures to extreme heat—make it suitable for advanced fuel cell systems, laboratory environments, and high-performance industrial applications.
